Aluminum Foil Tape

Aluminum foil tape consists of aluminum foil backing and acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It features excellent heat resistance, thermal reflection, moisture barrier and EMI shielding performance. Strong adhesion, good flexibility, tears cleanly without residue. Widely used for HVAC duct sealing, pipe insulation repair, kitchen waterproofing, electrical shielding and industrial packaging. Custom sizes & thickness available.

Aluminum Adhesive Foil Tape Structure：

1. Aluminum foil substrate: reflect heat, block moisture and electromagnetic wave. 
2. Pressure‑sensitive adhesive layer: mostly acrylic adhesive for strong bonding. 
3. Silicon‑coated release liner: protect adhesive, peel off before application.
4. Glass‑fiber reinforced version adds fiberglass cloth for higher tear resistance.

Temperature range: ‑20℃ ~ 120℃ for standard grade
